  • Hourly Rate: $70/hour (3-hour minimum)

  • Yes, outside food and beverages are welcome. We provide a kitchenette space and can recommend local catering partners if you’d like additional support.

  • We offer hourly, half-day, and full-day rates with a 3-hour minimum booking. Special pricing is available for nonprofits and recurring rentals.

  • Unfortunately not. Since the building is shared with other professionals, including therapists and CPAs, we ask that all events remain mindful of noise levels. Soft background music is welcome, but amplified music or DJs are not permitted in order to respect the space.
